2006 Golden Da Mo - 2006 Young Green Ancient Tea Tree Pu-erh Bing Cha (2006½ð´ïĦ) Collection Item! This is Yunnan province and Kunming city's designated gift tea."Golden Da Mo" tea used only top grade early spring (before rain) tea leaves and buds from over thousand year old ancient tea trees in Xishuangbanna. In order to avoid any pollution, we plucked teas from remote areas that can only be reached by riding a horse. Tea leaves were all sun-dried on above ground shelves to avoid contaminations before they were manually processed following our special recipe. Each cake weights over 500g. This truly is an organically grown and processed tea. Thousands of them have been presold early this year. This tea has very nice orchid aroma and last many infusions. Mr. Yunjun Chen did the calligraphy and painting of the "Golden Da Mo" logo. This is our own product. Brewing Instruction: Apply 5g to a large Gai Wan, wash tea for 25-40 seconds using 90°C hot water, then slowly add 50 times 75-80°C hot water and brew for 20 seconds. This tea can last 20 infusions.
